Your Luxury Escape

Life's too short for ordinary holidays, you deserve the chance to escape

Villa Limon

Surrounded by pine, incense and olive trees, the resort of Dionysos is nestled against the steep slopes of the Turkish coastline. One of forty-three cottage-style villas, Villa Limon may look like a traditional rural retreat, but step inside and you’ll be welcomed with a modern and stylish interior, with natural wood and atmospheric lighting creating a contemporary feel. The fixtures and fittings are equally modern, with a satellite TV and DVD player.

The detached stone villa has a number of attractive features, including natural wood and atmospheric lighting, creating a stylish and contemporary interior with Turkish decorative touches. The master bedroom is on the upper level and has a balcony with views looking out onto the blue waters of the Mediterranean. The villa also has its own private swimming pool, so you can stay away from it all and enjoy the seclusion without leaving the property. If you’d prefer some company, you can also use the infinity pool at the heart of the resort, where you’ll find a bar as well as two restaurants, a tennis court, gym and beauty spa.

You can choose to cook in your villa, or wander down to the two restaurants at Dionysos and let others take care of the cooking for you. The menus were put together by an award-winning chef, and wherever possible the restaurants use produce supplied by Dionysos’ own organic farm.

Also available to book at this location is Villa Badem (sleeping 4 guests).

Attractions and nearby amenities

  • The beautiful, wide bay of Kumlubük lies sheltered behind lush green mountains. With only a handful of restaurants and hotels near the beach, this is an area that has hardly been touched by tourism. The long beach is pebbly and the water is crystal clear.
  • Turunç is the nearest resort to Kumlubük. You’ll be able to spot stunning views of the village as you drive down the winding mountain road. There are lots of restaurants and bars to choose from, along with a number of small shops along the colourful high street.
  • Why not take some time to cool off in the clear waters of the Mediterranean? You can hire a range of water sports equipment at Turunç, including diving gear.
  • The nearest large resort to Dionysos is Marmaris, where you’ll find a wide choice of restaurants, shops and nightlife. Don’t miss the old town – you can hunt for bargains in the bazaar and then take a stroll along by the marina, where you’ll spot plenty of gulets, the traditional Turkish craft.
  • If you like visiting historic sites on holiday they don’t come much more ancient than Marmaris Castle, which is said to have originally been built in 1000 BC. You’ll find an archaeological museum next to the castle too.
  • Marmaris is about half an hour’s drive from Turunç, but you could choose to arrive in style by taking a water taxi.
