421 Norton Park ~ Dartmouth

421 offers stylish luxury for up to five guests with easy parking and is the perfect solution for those wishing to stay a few minutes’ drive from Dartmouth’s waterfront, with all its surrounding joys, at an affordable price.

This stylish space is in a league of its own, nestling peacefully above the historic port of Dartmouth, this luxury, contemporary, self-catered chalet holiday home has been re-built and beautifully hand- finished to an extremely high standard for lovers of style and comfort. The nautical inspired interior welcomes you into its calming and comfortable living space, full of soft colours, quality workmanship and beautiful fabrics.

The architecturally designed mezzanine is both aesthetic and practical, creating an inviting and contemporary space with a feeling of openness and light. Not only does it create visual interest but it provides a large, stylish and open living space, perfect for families looking for somewhere special to stay. The mezzanine divides the space with a king size platform bed above and two sofa beds and open plan kitchen below.

Eating ~ The luxury bespoke kitchen is a real highlight with a purpose built breakfast bar over looking the park.

Relaxing ~ The open-plan sitting room has two large and comfortable sofas, perfect for relaxing and watching a movie but is always in competition with the open green Devon views from the large windows that will likely keep you entranced for most of your stay.

Sleeping ~ 421 has a king size platform bed on the mezzanine and two double sofa beds, one of them with built-in storage underneath so you can tuck your cases away and make the place your own. *Please note it is not recommended that children under 8 sleep on the mezzanine due to the steep steps*.

Bathroom ~ The contemporary warm bathroom has a large walk in shower, heated towel rail and underfloor heating. Ample built-in storage throughout enables you to live an uncluttered and carefree lifestyle.

Outside ~ The grassy outside space is perfect for al fresco eating, sunbathing or for partaking in a glass of something special at the end of the day.

The whole property was re-designed to the highest specification, including the use of the latest Scandinavian insulation techniques, to ensure it kept warm and snug in winter but cool and fresh in summer, as well as providing great sound insulation too. After the frame work of the cabin was restored and renewed to fit in with today’s building standards, the interior was hand built and finished to the high standard you can now see. Top quality materials were used for work tops and beautiful fabrics and soft, calming colours used through-out as well as classic modern chrome details.

Norton Park is in the beautiful South Hams of Devon, situated above Dartmouth approximately 5 minutes drive from the stunning waterfront and historic town centre. Norton Park is in a rural setting with beautiful views over the Devon hills and in some areas along the River Dart or out to sea.
