Aber Dart offers guests affordable luxury with easy parking and is the perfect solution for those wishing to stay a few minutes’ drive from Dartmouth and it’s stunning blue flag beaches. 

This comfortable space is perfect for a family holiday. Nestling peacefully above the historic port of Dartmouth, this lovely self-catered holiday chalet offers the perfect base to explore South Devon or to relax and unwind in the peaceful location of Norton Park. 

Eating

The open plan kitchen and dining area is spacious and light and the surrounding views are a real highlight.The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials you need.

Relaxing

The sitting room has lovely comfortable sofas with fantastic views down to the River Dart. There’s plenty of seating for all the family, perfect for nights in with a movie.

Sleeping

Aber Dart has three bedrooms, a double, a triple and a single. There is lots of space so you can tuck your cases away and make the place your own. The double and triple bedrooms have lots of light and lovely views of the surrounding park.

Bathroom

The contemporary warm bathroom has a walk-in shower and heated towel rail. Ample built-in storage throughout enables you to live an uncluttered and carefree lifestyle.

Outside

The grassy outside space is perfect for al fresco eating, sunbathing or for partaking in a glass of something special at the end of the day.

Norton Park

Norton Park is in the beautiful South Hams of Devon, situated above Dartmouth approximately 5 minutes drive from the stunning waterfront and historic town centre. Norton Park is in a rural setting with beautiful views over the Devon hills and in some areas along the River Dart or out to sea.

In front of the chalet is a shared lawned area, overlooking the valleys around Dartmouth. This space is perfect for summer barbecues or for an afternoon snooze in the shade of the trees. Children and dogs alike will enjoy this lovely, safe and spacious area to run around in.

There is a regular bus service from the Park entrance and the Park & Ride is about two minutes from the Park.

Dartmouth is famous for it’s award winning restaurants and bars so you’ll be sure to find something that suits everyone’s tastes. There are also tons of country pubs and seafood restaurants dotted all along the coastline that are well worth the little extra drive to find.

This lovely chalet is just a stones throw from of a number of stunning Blue Flag beaches as well as the famous Britannia Royal Naval College and historic Dartmouth Castle. If you feel like venturing further afield, the towns of Totnes, Kingsbridge and Salcombe are only a short drive away.

Sainsbury’s and Lidl’s are two minutes away from the Park and Co-op and Marks & Spencer can be found in Dartmouth town centre. Dartmouth also has a wonderful selection of shops, galleries and boutiques as well as a market on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Dartmouth Leisure Centre and the brand new Indoor Pool are just along from the Park and the Outdoor Pool is open from June to September. Totnes has a market on Fridays and Saturdays and features a wonderful array of vintage clothes and furniture and fabulous vegan and vegetarian food.

Coastal walks can be accessed from Little Dartmouth; a map can be found in the carpark and The Ham at Dittisham is located right next to the beach and has a play park for children.

The Flavel Church in Dartmouth is very friendly and opens as a coffee shop during the week and Coronation Park has a great play park as well as a café serving delicious food and ice-cream.

 

There is ample free parking close by to the chalet
