Tucked away in the centre of town this is an ideal space for a family holiday.
This recently renovated home has been tastefully decorated with an air of vintage and a splash of scandi-style. A fun and laid back design yet at the same time very chic. Minutes from shops, pubs, restaurants and the beach means that you won’t need to step foot in your car and you can totally relax and enjoy your time away.
Stepping through the front door you’re greeted by space and a lovely open plan interior. With a mix of handpicked vintage furniture and super cosy furnishings.
Crisp white walls with splashes of colour make this an ideal home from home retreat.
Sleeping will come easily as Number 5 comes complete with 3 spacious bedrooms.
Super-comfy beds dressed with crisp white linens and thick fluffy towels.
Super long lie ins have never been so attractive.
Whilst it can sleep 6 (or even 8) the bed in the 3rd bedroom is only a small 4ft double, I wouldn’t want anyone to be disappointed – the futon in the gallery area does open to a normal size double.
An enclosed courtyard is perfect for a spot of alfresco dining and a glorious sun trap.
Everything about the cottage was amazing from the original booking to walking through the front door. Can’t wait to come again.
No parking available with this property.

"We stayed three nights and I cannot recommend the place highly enough. It had everything we needed for a short stay, the car park was very close and the views were of the rolling Devonish countryside. We were literally less than 5 minutes drive from 2 Supermarkets and the Park & Ride for Dartmouth. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook as well as a small selection of helpful key essentials (tea, coffee, cooking oil, salt/ pepper, washing liquid, etc. As a family we like to explore and stay somewhere different. In this case we'd make an exception."
"Brilliant location, lovely out door space for kids to play, spotless chalet would definitely go again!"
"Thank you Gemma for hosting us in your lovely chalet - a short drive into Dartmouth and a fantastic view of the River Dart estuary. Beds all very comfy and a pleasant surprise that it can sleep 6! Great value! Many thanks!"
"Very clean, neat and tidy! Great location and value for money."
"What a wonderful cottage. Tastefully decorated and everything you need"
